(dis)Solution
Description
(dis)Solution examines one of the most important issues our generation – how to manage a rapidly aging population in need of care whilst balancing life’s other pressures.
The play is an intimate two-hander, told through the relationship of sisters Abby and Margot, whose opinions on where to house their grandmother couldn’t be more different. Both feel unprepared to deal with this enormous responsibility and the stubbornness of their Nonna, who has no intention to move from her farm to the city. Tensions rise as the sisters tussle on how to manage issues of autonomy alongside securing the best care for their Nonna.
